We identified, among the many existing in the world, all those types of 'Coffea Robusta' that, due to their origin, quality and selection, could give the coffee in the cup a full, balanced and faultless taste. The resulting Espresso highlights a strong, assertive character of intense body and absence of acidity. It produces an almost chewy syrupy crema.
